The OFO may direct, inter alia, the cessation of the creation of Deficiency Imbalances or of Excess Imbalances and that customers make a good faith effort to eliminate existing Deficiency Imbalances or Excess Imbalances.
At the conclusion of that year and assuming no additional occurrence of Deficiency Imbalances or Excess Imbalances as described above, the Aggregator/Marketer will be released from its obligation to provide security in excess of that otherwise required by the Company.
