Identifying Numbers definition

Identifying Numbers has the meaning specified in Section 204.
Identifying Numbers has the meaning set forth in Section 2.12.

Identifying Numbers has the meaning specified in Section 204. “incur” means issue, create, assume, guarantee, incur or otherwise become liable for; and the terms “incurred” and “incurrence” have meanings correlative to the foregoing.
