HOME Program definition

HOME Program means the HOME Investment Partnership Program set forth in the HOME Investment Part- nerships Act under title II of the Cran- ston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 12701 et seq.;

HOME is the largest Federal block grant to state and local governments designed exclusively to create Affordable Housing for Low-Income Households.

More Definitions of HOME Program

HOME Program means the HOME Investment Partnerships Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12701, et seq. and the implementing HOME Regulations as such now exist and as may hereafter be amended.

HOME Program means a program operated by the City to assist the provision of affordable housing in conformance with the HOME Regulations.
