Harmonized System definition

Harmonized System or “HS” means the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System set out in the Annex to the International Convention on the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System, and adopted and implemented by the Parties in their respective laws;
Harmonized System means the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System, including all legal notes and amendments thereto (hereinafter referred to as the "HS");

Harmonized System means the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System, including the General Classification Rules and its explanatory notes; Heading means a tariff classification code of the Harmonized System at the four- digit level; Import Duty includes customs duty as defined in the national legislation of each Party and all other duties, taxes or charges that are collected on or in connection with the importation of goods, but does not include:
Harmonized System means the nomenclature of the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System defined in the International Convent ion on the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (done at Brussels on 14 June 1983) including all legal notes thereto, as in force and as amended from time to time;
Harmonized System means the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System governed by the International Convention on the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System, as amended by the Protocol of Amendment of 24 June 1986;
Harmonized System. ’ means the Harmonized Commodity Description and Cod- ing System, including its General Rules of Interpretation, Section Notes and Chapter Notes, as set out in
