Guardian Member definition

Guardian Member means a person admitted as a Guardian Member of the Foundation after having met the eligibility criteria in Sub-Rule 5.2.2, and includes Guardian Members who hold membership concurrently as both a Full Member and a Guardian Member;
Guardian Member means a member of the Association as defined under Rule 7.4
Guardian Member means a parent or legal guardian of a Junior Member

Examples of Guardian Member in a sentence

  • Persons who are not proficient swimmers, such as children under the age of 12, disabled and the elderly, shall be accompanied by a responsible Parent, Guardian, Member or Guest over the age of eighteen (18) and may not be left unattended.

  • Any Performer Guardian Member may call a meeting of the Performer Guardian Members.

  • Plan Member means each Member any of the assets of which are subject to any Plan Governing Law.

  • Retired member means any former member receiving a retirement allowance or any former member who has filed the necessary documents for retirement benefits and is no longer contributing to the retirement system;

  • Executor means any executor, administrator or other person administering the estate of a deceased person;

  • Legal representative means a person who in law represents the estate of a deceased person, and includes any person who intermeddles with the estate of the deceased, and, where a party acts in a representative character, the person on whom the estate devolves on the death of the party so acting;

  • Former Member means a member that has withdrawn from a qualified authority under this section or a prior member of a qualified authority that has been dissolved under this section.

  • Full Member means any person who is in one of the categories of membership referred to in Rule 10.3.

  • Individual Member means a registered, financial Member of the Club who is at least 18 years of age.

  • Association Member means an owner or a member of an association.

  • Related member means a person that, with respect to the taxpayer during all or any portion of the taxable year, is either a related entity, a component member as defined in section 1563(b) of the Internal Revenue Code, or a person to or from whom there is attribution of stock ownership in accordance with section 1563(e) of the Internal Revenue Code except, for purposes of determining whether a person is a related member under this division, "twenty per cent" shall be substituted for "5 percent" wherever "5 percent" appears in section 1563(e) of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • ☐ - MULTI-MEMBER The “Capital Account” for each Member shall mean the account created and maintained for the Member in accordance with Section 704(b) of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv).

  • Committee Member means a member of the Committee.

  • Ex Officio Member means a non-voting, non-dues paying member of the Council that is not a party to this Agreement.

  • Unit Holder means the owner of one or more Units.

  • Guardian ad litem means an individual whom the court appoints to assist the court in determining the child's best interests. A guardian ad litem does not need to be an attorney.

  • Representative payee means an individual, agency, or institution selected by a court or the Social Security Administration to receive and manage benefits on behalf of another person.

  • Bank Member means Standard Chartered PLC or any of its Affiliates and "Group" means all Bank Members.

  • legal personal representative means the personal or other legal representative of the shareholder;

  • Vote Limited Member means any Member who beneficially owns 5% or more of the outstanding Class A shares (excluding Masterworks Shares) submits a Vote Limit Certificate to the Board which designates such Member as a Vote Limited Member, either separately or jointly with one or more other Members.

  • Former Partner means (i) with respect to a Partner that is a trust, a Partner that has ceased to be a Qualified Trust, and has become a Former Partner, pursuant to the terms of Section 1.78; (ii) with respect to a Partner that is an Entity, a Partner that has ceased to be a Qualified Entity, and has become a Former Partner, pursuant to the terms of Section 1.18; (iii) a Partner that has become a Bankrupt Partner and a Former Partner, pursuant to the terms of Section 1.7; (iv) a Partner that has become a Pledgor Partner and a Former Partner, pursuant to the terms of Section 1.74; and (v) a Partner that ceases to be a Participating Stockholder with respect to the Class B Shares of each Company in which the Partnership owns Class B Shares.

  • Designated member means the spouse, child, grandchild, parent, brother, or sister of a deceased individual who owned an interest in a wholesaler, who is entitled to inherit the deceased individual's ownership interest in the wholesaler under the terms of the deceased individual's will, or who has otherwise been designated in writing by the deceased individual to succeed the deceased individual in the wholesaler's business, or is entitled to inherit such ownership interest under the laws of intestate succession of this state. With respect to an incapacitated individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler, the term means the person appointed by a court as the conservator of such individual's property. The term also includes the appointed and qualified personal representative and the testamentary trustee of a deceased individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler.

  • ordinary member of the committee means a member of the committee who is not an officer of the Association under Rule 21;
