Gross Investment Amount definition

Gross Investment Amount means the amount calculated by multiplying the total number of Shares purchased by Stockholders by the issue price, reduced by the total number of shares repurchased by the Company (excluding the number of shares issued as stock dividends and subsequently repurchased by the Company) multiplied by the Average Issue Price.
Gross Investment Amount means the amount submitted by or on behalf of an investor for investment in any of the Sub-Funds and out of which any initial or other charges will be paid prior to investment.
Gross Investment Amount means the total amount (including Subscription Fee) paid by you for the subscription of Units.

Gross Investment Amount means the amount equal to the product of the total number of Common Shares purchased by Stockholders by the issue price, reduced by: (1) distributions designated by our board as being funded from the proceeds of sales, financing or refinancing of our assets; and (2) distributions of operating cash flow to the extent such distributions of operating cash flow provide a cumulative, non-compounded annual return in excess of the Stockholders’ 7% Return; and (3) the total number of shares repurchased by the Company (excluding the number of shares issued as stock dividends and subsequently repurchased by the Company) multiplied by the repurchase price.
Gross Investment Amount means $9,260,000 which represents the gross proceeds of the issuance of the Notes.
