General Administrative Agent definition

General Administrative Agent means JPMCB, together with its affiliates (it being understood that any notices required to be delivered under this Agreement to the General Administrative Agent need not be delivered to such affiliates), as general administrative agent for the Lenders under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and any successor thereto appointed pursuant to Article XII.

General Administrative Agent. Toronto Dominion (Texas) Inc., together with its affiliates, as arranger of the Commitments and as administrative agent for the U.S. Lenders under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and any successor thereto pursuant to Section 12.9.

General Administrative Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in its capacity as general administrative agent for the Lenders hereunder, or any successor appointed in accordance with Article VIII.

• Upon receipt of any such Request for Acceptances, the Canadian Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Canadian Lender and the General Administrative Agent of its receipt thereof.

• The U.S. Borrower shall have the right, upon not less than three Business Days' notice to the General Administrative Agent, to terminate the Multicurrency Commitments or, from time to time, to reduce the amount of the Multicurrency Commitments; provided that no such termination or reduction shall be permitted if, after giving effect thereto and to any prepayments of the Loans made on the effective date thereof, the Available Multicurrency Commitment of any Multicurrency Lender would be less than zero.

• The amounts made available by each Multicurrency Lender will then be made available on such Borrowing Date to the relevant Borrower at the funding office for the relevant Available Foreign Currency set forth in the Administrative Schedule and in like funds as received by the General Administrative Agent.

• Such procedures shall be reasonably satisfactory to the General Administrative Agent.

After any retiring General Administrative Agent's or Collateral Agent's resignation, the provisions of this Section 10 shall inure to its benefit as to any actions taken or omitted to be taken by it while it was General Administrative Agent or Collateral Agent under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

General Administrative Agent means Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Bank USA, in its capacity as the administrative agent hereunder and under the other Loan Documents, and its successors in such capacity as provided in Article VIII.
