Funded Activities definition

Funded Activities means the activities set out in Annex 2 of these Conditions; Funding Period means the period for which the Grant is awarded starting on the Commencement Date and ending on [INSERT PROJECT END DATE]; General Data Protection Regulations and GDPR means (Regulation (EU) 2016/679); Grant means the sum or sums the Authority will pay to the Grant Recipient in accordance with paragraph 4 of these Conditions and subject to the provisions set out at paragraph 26.

Funded Activities means the activities set out in Annex 2 (Funded Activities) and Annex 1 (Grant Offer Letter);

Funded Activities means the activities set out in the Grant Offer Letter and Annex 2 of these Conditions; Funding Period has the meaning given in the Grant Offer Letter; General Data Protection Regulation and GDPR means the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679; Grant means the sum or sums that DWP will pay to the Grant Recipient in accordance with clause 4 and subject to the provisions set out at clause 22.

Examples of Funded Activities in a sentence

• The Grant Recipient will maintain appropriate records of compliance with the relevant subsidy control regime and will take all reasonable steps to assist the Authority to comply with the same and respond to any proceedings or investigation(s) into the Funded Activities by any relevant court or tribunal of relevant jurisdiction or regulatory body.

• The Grant Recipient acknowledges and accepts that the Grant is awarded on the basis that the Funded Activities being undertaken using the Grant are, and will remain, non-economic activities.

• You will be the sole recipient of the Grant and, as such, you will be responsible for managing the Grant as between you and any other Third Parties involved in performing the Funded Activities.

• The Grant Recipient agrees that it will not apply for or obtain Duplicate Funding in respect of any part of the Funded Activities which have been paid for in full using the Grant.

• Where and to the extent that in undertaking the obligations set out in this Grant Agreement or performing the Funded Activities, either Party anticipates that the other will process any Personal Data for and on behalf of the other Party it shall notify the other Party and the Parties shall agree a variation to this Grant Agreement to incorporate appropriate provisions in accordance with Article 28 of the UK GDPR, or as otherwise required by the Data Protection Legislation.

More Definitions of Funded Activities

Funded Activities means the activities set out in Annex 2 of this Agreement;

Funded Activities shall have the meaning given in Section 3.1 of this Agreement. "Grant Funds" shall have the meaning given in Section 3.1 of this Agreement. "Term" shall have the meaning given in Section 1.1 of this Agreement.

Funded Activities means the activities set out in Annex 2; Funding Period means the period for which the Grant is awarded, starting on the Commencement Date and ending on the respective dates set out in Annex 2B; General Data Protection Regulation and GDPR means the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679; Grant means the sum or sums the Authority will pay to the Grant Recipient in accordance with paragraph 4 and subject to the provisions set out at paragraph 26; Grant Claim means the EWCO Claim Form submitted by the Grant Recipient to the Authority for payment of the Grant; Grant Funding Agreement means these Conditions together with its annexes and schedules, the Application Form, Agreement Map (and Access Map, where relevant) and the Grant Offer and Acceptance Letters; Grant Offer means the sum or sums of money that is or are payable to the Grant Recipient in accordance with this Agreement (as set out in the Grant Offer Letter);

Funded Activities means the Project-related activities set out in Annex A of this Grant Agreement;

Funded Activities means the activities described on the Front Sheet

Funded Activities means any and all activities, efforts and services performed in furtherance of the research, discovery, development, commercialization and exploitation of Product, including the purchase of materials, general and administrative expenses, corporate infrastructure and corporate overhead.

Funded Activities means the activities described in the Grant Funding Letter and in ANNEX 3 (Funded Activities);
