Franchise Disclosure Document definition

Franchise Disclosure Document means that certain document provided by Franchisor to prospective franchisees of System Hotels as required by the trade regulation rule of the Federal Trade Commission entitled “Disclosure Requirements and Prohibitions Concerning Franchising,” as such document may be updated from time to time by Franchisor.

Franchise Disclosure Document means the Franchise Disclosure Document that Franchisee acknowledges that it received before executing this Agreement or paying any consideration for the franchise to Company or Company’s Affiliates.

Franchise Disclosure Document means a franchise disclosure document prepared in accordance with the applicable Franchise Laws.

More Definitions of Franchise Disclosure Document

Franchise Disclosure Document means the then-current Franchise Disclosure Document for the U.S. filed by BKC with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
