Fourteenth Amendment definition

Fourteenth Amendment means that certain Amendment No. 14 to Credit Agreement and Amendment No. 6 to Pledge and Security Agreement, dated as of August 26, 2010, among the Borrower, the Agents and each Lender party thereto.

Fourteenth Amendment means the Fourteenth Amendment to this Agreement dated as of August 10, 2015, among the Borrower, the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent.

Fourteenth Amendment means the Fourteenth Amendment to Amended and Restated Senior Secured Credit Agreement, dated as of June 10, 2022, by and among Administrative Agent, Collateral Agent, Lenders, the Borrower, Parent and Guarantors.
