Foreign insurer definition

Foreign insurer means an insurer domiciled outside of this state, including an alien insurer.
Foreign insurer means a person registered in terms of the laws of a country other than Namibia to carry on insurance business;
Foreign insurer means any entity licensed to transact business in this State that is required to file a risk based capital statement in the state where the entity is domiciled.
