Fire insurance definition

Fire insurance means the insurance of structures or other property, including real and tangible property, at fixed locations against loss or damage to such structures or other described properties from the risks of fire and lightning.

EPRD agrees to impose the foregoing insurance requirements on any and all concessionaires and shall require that State be named as an additional insured on all policies. Failure to provide any of the required insurance and/or endorsements shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
