Financial Instrument definition

Financial Instrument means those instruments specified in Section C of Annex I;
Financial Instrument means a financial instrument as defined in point (15) of Article 4(1) of Directive 2014/65/EU;
Financial Instrument means a security, derivative, commodity or currency as investment.
