Finance Parties definition

Finance Parties means the Agents, the Arrangers, the Bookrunners, the Security Trustee, the Lenders and each Hedge Counterparty and “Finance Party” means any of them.

  • Upon the occurrence of Default Event and so long as a Default Event remains uncured to the satisfaction of the Finance Parties, the Loan shall bear additional interest at a rate of 3% per annum (in addition to the Interest Rate) (the “Default Interest”).

  • Each of the Finance Parties hereby represents and warrants solely with respect to itself that it, its officers, employees, organs (including investment committees and their members) and advisors (specified in this Section hereunder) shall maintain in confidence any information disclosed to them by the Company according to this Agreement and shall not make any use thereof except in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the other Finance Documents.

  • Finance Parties may set-off such amount from the principal amount of the Loan, and the amounts so off-set shall be deemed extended to the Company.

Finance Parties means the Administrative Agent, the Lenders, the Issuing Lenders and the Qualified Finance Parties.
