Final Price definition

Final Price means, with respect to a Security and an Auto-Call Valuation Date or the Valuation Date, subject to the Adjustment Provisions, the price of such Security as determined by the Calculation Agent as of the Valuation Time on the relevant Exchange on such Auto-Call Valuation Date or the Valuation Date, as the case may be.
Final Price means (a) in the case of any Terminated Obligation, the amount determined pursuant to Clause 4, and (b) in the case of any Repaid Obligation, the amount determined pursuant to Clause 5, and
Final Price with respect to any company belonging to the Index Group, means the arithmetic mean of the daily closing sales prices of a share of common stock of such company, as reported on the consolidated transaction reporting system for the market or exchange on which such common stock is principally traded, for the same ten trading days used in calculating the Average NMS Closing Price of Sky Common Shares (i.e., the valuation date).

More Definitions of Final Price

Final Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.5.
Final Price means, with respect to a Security and a Valuation Date, the price determined as provided in the relevant Pricing Supplement, or if no such price is so provided (a) the price of such Security as determined by the Calculation Agent as of the Valuation Time on the relevant Exchange on such Valuation Date or (b) if Averaging Dates are specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement in respect of such Valuation Date, the arithmetic average as determined by the Calculation Agent (rounded down to the nearest unit of the relevant currency in which the Security is valued, one half of a unit being rounded upwards) of the Reference Prices on such Averaging Dates;
Final Price means, in respect of each Equity Payment Date other than the Equity Payment Date falling immediately after the final Equity Valuation Date or any Early Termination Equity Valuation Date, the closing level of the Reference Underlying on the Exchange on the Equity Valuation Date immediately preceding such Equity Payment Date. “Final Price” means, in respect of the Equity Payment Date falling immediately after the final Equity Valuation Date or any Early Termination Equity Valuation Date, the weighted average price at which Commerzbank is able to sell or otherwise dispose of the Reference Underlying in an amount equal to the then applicable Number of Shares.
Final Price means, where the Calculation Agent determines that no Auction Final Price has been or will be determined in relation to an Event Determination Date, the price, expressed as a percentage, determined by the Calculation Agent as follows:
Final Price of any company in the Index Group shall mean the average of the daily closing prices of a share of common stock of such company, as reported on the consolidated transaction reporting system for the market or exchange on which such common stock is principally traded, during the Index Measurement Period.
