Final Acceptance Test definition

Final Acceptance Test means the tests in accordance with the Contract which Swedavia carries out after the Supplier has completed its Supply Undertaking in accordance with this Contract.
Final Acceptance Test or “FAT” means the final acceptance test carried out under paragraph 2 of Annexure VII.
Final Acceptance Test means the final acceptance tests of the Contracted Equipment conducted by the End-user and the Seller/System Integrator pursuant to the technical specification as stipulated in Appendix 1 hereto and the procedures and standards as set forth in Appendix 6 attached hereto. The Buyer, the End-user and the Seller/System Integrator will execute a certificate of Final Acceptance upon successful completion of the Final Acceptance Test.

  • The new System must undergo a series of System, User Acceptance Tests (UAT), Final Acceptance Test (FAT), and Pilot Tests prior to deployment.

  • If during the Foreign Acceptance Test or the Final Acceptance Test the Works shall fail to perform as warranted (i.e. in full conformance with the Technical Specifications detailed in Annex A), Supplier shall immediately investigate the reasons for such failure and take any and all corrective measures in order to fully mitigate the cause of such failure, all at the Supplier's sole expense.

More Definitions of Final Acceptance Test

Final Acceptance Test has the meaning as set forth in Section 6(b).
Final Acceptance Test means the test for Final Acceptance of the Facilities.

Final Acceptance Test. For the purposes of warranty, the AMI System comprises the hardware and software elements furnished by Sensus, but not elements of the telecommunications infrastructure provided by EWEB. The AMI System shall perform and support the functions and performance required to pass FAT for a period of 12 calendar months following completion of the FAT and acceptance and final payment for the system, as described in the Proposed Amendment to the Contract, Section 2.5.10 – Final Payment after Final Acceptance. During such 12 calendar month period, Sensus shall be responsible, at Sensus’s expense, for any and all necessary additions, modifications, repair or replacement of all elements of the AMI system, including meters with integral communication devices, to ensure performance at or above the FAT level. Such responsibility includes, as agreed between EWEB and Sensus, field labor to install, remove, or modify BaseStations that Sensus provides, to modify any AMI System software, and to test such modifications, and to confirm that the AMI System operates in compliance with the FAT for this 12 month period. EWEB shall notify Sensus promptly of any failure of the AMI System to meet functional and/or performance requirements of this Solicitation. After this 12 month period, XXXX is responsible for the performance of the AMI System.
