Failure to notify definition

Failure to notify means the failure to notify a notifiable transaction as contemplated in section 13A(1) of the Act;
Failure to notify if the Pool Member fails to notify the Executive Committee in accordance with Clause 55.1 of the Scheme Planned Availability in respect of that Scheme Genset for the following Scheme Year, the Scheme Planned Availability shall be deemed to be the same as the Scheme Planned Availability for the current Scheme Year.
Failure to notify means the employee’s failure to notify his/her direct supervisor when he/she is going to be tardy within fifteen (15) minutes of scheduled start time, return from scheduled breaks or when he/she is departing early.

Examples of Failure to notify in a sentence

  • Failure to notify IDEM, OAQ by telephone or facsimile of an emergency lasting more than one (1) hour in accordance with (b)(4) and (5) of this condition shall constitute a violation of 326 IAC 2-7 and any other applicable rules.

  • Failure to notify IDEM, OAQ by telephone or facsimile of an emergency lasting more than one (1) hour in accordance with (b)(4) and (5) of this condition shall constitute a violation of 326 IAC 2-8 and any other applicable rules.

  • Failure to notify the County in a timely manner of any claim of Force Majeure made pursuant to this section is cause for termination of this contract.

  • Failure to notify IDEM, OAQ, by telephone or facsimile of an emergency lasting more than one (1) hour in accordance with (b)(4) and (5) of this condition shall constitute a violation of 326 IAC 2-7 and any other applicable rules.

  • Failure to notify XOOM of your move will be considered a cancellation of this Agreement in accordance with its terms.

  • Failure to notify the Section 504 Coordinator in writing of representation by legal counsel shall constitute good cause for continuance of the hearing.

  • Failure to notify DOE upon discovery of events or conditions where notification is required by the terms and conditions of the Contract.

  • Repudiation/Moratorium Extension Notice means a notice from the Calculation Agent to the Issuer (which the Calculation Agent has the right but not the obligation to deliver) that describes a Potential Repudiation/Moratorium that occurred on or prior to the Scheduled Maturity Date. A Repudiation/Moratorium Extension Notice must contain a description in reasonable detail of the facts relevant to the determination that a Potential Repudiation/Moratorium has occurred and indicate the date of the occurrence. The Potential Repudiation/Moratorium that is the subject of the Repudiation/Moratorium Extension Notice need not be continuing on the date the Repudiation/Moratorium Extension Notice is effective.

  • Default Requirement means the amount specified as being applicable to the Reference Entity in the Standard, or its equivalent in the relevant Obligation Currency (or, if no such amount is specified, U.S.$ 10,000,000 or its equivalent in the relevant Obligation Currency) in either case, as of the occurrence of the relevant Credit Event.

  • Privacy Notice means Sage’s privacy notice posted on xxx.xxxx.xxx (or such other URL as Sage may notify to you) and which may be amended by Sage from time to time.

  • Written Notification means an electronic document (including faxes, emails, internal mail on the client terminal etc.) or an announcement on the Company's website.

  • Responsible Respondent means a Respondent that has the capability in all material respects to perform the scope of work and specifications of the Contract. In determining whether a Respondent is a Responsible Respondent, the Agency may consider various factors including, but not limited to, the Respondent’s competence and qualifications to provide the goods or services requested, the Respondent’s integrity and reliability, the past performance of the Respondent and the best interest of the Agency and the State.

  • Non-Extension Notice Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iii).

  • Terms of Use means any privacy policy, terms of use or other terms and conditions made applicable by BNYM in connection with the Company’s or a Permitted User’s access to and use of a Component System or a BNYM Web Application or other access site or access method.

  • Renewal Notice As defined in Section 1.4(a).

  • Defects Notification Period means the period for notifying defects in the Works or a Section (as the case may be) under Sub-Clause 11.1 [Completion of Outstanding Work and Remedying Defects], which extends over 365 days except if otherwise stated in the SCC (with any extension under Sub-Clause 11.3 [Extension of Defects Notification Period]), calculated from the date on which the Works or Section is completed as certified under Sub-Clause 10.1[Taking Over of the Works and Sections].

  • Default Notice means the written notice of Default of the Agreement issued by one Party to the other.

  • Notice Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.10.

  • Notice of Violation means a written notice prepared by an enforcement official that informs a responsible person of code violations and orders them to take certain steps to correct the violations.

  • Rectification Notice means a notice in writing that identifies a defect in a work and requires rectification of the defect within a specified period of time.
