Facility Land definition

Facility Land shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.
Facility Land means that certain real property in the Village of Mt. Horeb more particularly described as follows:
Facility Land has the meaning given to such term in Section 5.1(a).

  • Prior to constructing any vertical structures on the Effluent Disposal Site, the Effluent Transmission Line Easement or the De-chlorination Facility Land, City shall provide plans showing elevations of the finished structures to PC Land for review and approval, which will not be unreasonably withheld.

Related to Facility Land

  • Revolving Facilities means collectively the Initial Revolving Facility and each New Revolving Facility and “Revolving Facility” means any such facility individually.

  • Required Facility Lenders means, as of any date of determination, with respect to one or more Facilities, Lenders having more than 50% of the sum of (a) the Total Outstandings under such Facility or Facilities and (b) the aggregate unused Commitments under such Facility or Facilities; provided that the unused Commitments of, and the portion of the Total Outstandings under such Facility or Facilities held or deemed held by, any Defaulting Lender shall be excluded for purposes of making a determination of the Required Facility Lenders.

  • Facility Leases means agreements for the lease by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or Joint Ventures of real estate utilized as a vehicle parking facility and/or for ancillary parking and transportation services.

Each applicant participating in the program must contract with the service commitment area to ensure the service commitment area provides a nonrefundable $2,000 contribution for deposit in the rural Iowa advanced registered nurse practitioner and physician assistant trust fund. Payment of the nonrefundable contribution to the trust fund can be made by, but is not limited to, the following organizations: community agencies, hospitals, medical groups, municipalities, community foundations, local government entities, or other community entities. Locations and distances between cities will be consistently measured and verified by calculating the straight-line distance between main post offices.

  • Incremental Revolving Facility Commitment means the commitment of any Lender, established pursuant to Section 2.21, to make Incremental Revolving Loans to the Borrower.
