Exterior Areas definition

Exterior Areas means the paved areas, parking areas, driveways, concrete walkways, service areas, loading docks, landscaped areas, turf, plazas, and other areas of the Premises outside the interior of the Building.
Exterior Areas means University owned or leased buildings, locations, including open air spaces, and major facilities, such as arenas and stadiums, where the name is displayed on the outside of a structure or is easily viewable by the general public.
Exterior Areas means those portions of Lot 1 and the Adjacent Lots from time to time located thereon that are outside of exterior walls of buildings or other structures from time to time located on the Lots, and which are either unimproved, or are improved as (without limitation) parking areas, landscaped areas, driveways, roadways, walkways, light standards, curbing, paving, entrances, exits and other similar exterior site improvements.

More Definitions of Exterior Areas

Exterior Areas means all portions of the Property available for use by tenants and their invitees, and not intended to be leased, such as, without limitation, all parking areas, driveways, dumpster areas and sidewalks, but excluding detention/retention areas, roofs, buildings, or areas serving, or for the sole benefit of any singular tenant.

Landlord will construct parking lots, driveways, roads, landscaping and all other areas deemed Exterior areas in a class A Premises pursuant to the approved site plan attached. Exterior Areas means the exterior truck and automobile parking, turnaround and loading areas and all other paved areas, accessways, walkways, pathways, curbs and the landscaped and unimproved areas located upon the Land (as more particularly identified in Exhibit A-1 hereto).
Exterior Areas means and refer to all exterior portions of the Property, including Parking Facilities, driveways and drive aisles, pedestrian walkways, storm inlets and drains, utility lines and conduits, curbs and gutters, landscaped areas and storm water management facilities.

"Building Grade" shall mean the type, brand and/or quality of materials Landlord designates from time to time to be the minimum quality to be used in the Building or, if of better quality, the type, grade or quality of material to be used in providing the Tenant's Work.
Exterior Areas are all exterior areas of the campus other than Immediate Areas.
