Extensions of Credit definition

Extensions of Credit means, as to any Lender at any time, (a) an amount equal to the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Credit Loans made by such Lender then outstanding, (ii) such Lender’s Revolving Credit Commitment Percentage of the L/C Obligations then outstanding, (iii) such Lender’s Revolving Credit Commitment Percentage of the Swingline Loans then outstanding and (iv) the aggregate principal amount of the Term Loans made by such Lender then outstanding, or (b) the making of any Loan or participation in any Letter of Credit by such Lender, as the context requires.
Extensions of Credit means, as to any Lender at any time, (a) an amount equal to the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Credit Loans made by such Lender then outstanding, (ii) such Lender’s Commitment Percentage of the L/C Obligations then outstanding and (iii) such Lender’s Commitment Percentage of the Swingline Loans then outstanding or (b) the making of any Loan or participation in any Swingline Loan or any Letter of Credit by such Lender, as the context requires.
Extensions of Credit as to any Lender at any time, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Loans held by such Lender then outstanding, (b) such Lender’s Percentage of the L/C Obligations then outstanding and (c) such Lender’s Percentage of the aggregate principal amount of Swingline Loans then outstanding.

Examples of Extensions of Credit in a sentence

  • If, at any time the aggregate outstanding Extensions of Credit under any Facility exceeds the aggregate Commitments under such Facility then in effect, then the Administrative Agent shall notify the Company and, within five Business Days of such notice, the Company shall prepay Loans under such Facility in an aggregate principal amount at least equal to such excess.

  • If, at any time the aggregate outstanding Extensions of Credit under the Facility exceeds the aggregate Commitments under the Facility then in effect, then the Administrative Agent shall notify the Company and, within five Business Days of such notice, the Company or the relevant Subsidiary Borrower shall prepay Loans under the Facility in an aggregate principal amount at least equal to such excess.
