Expense Reimbursement Account definition

Expense Reimbursement Account means the account described as such in the name of the Issuer with the Account Bank into which the Issuer will procure amounts are deposited in accordance with Condition 3(j)(viii) (Expense Reimbursement Account).
Expense Reimbursement Account means the account in the name of the Issuer held with the Account Bank into which an initial deposit of €70,000 shall be made on the Closing Date and into which Interest Proceeds shall be applied on each Payment Date in accordance with Condition 3(c)(i) (Application of Interest Proceeds)and out of which Trustee Fees and Expenses and Administrative Expenses which become payable during any Payment Period shall be paid.
Expense Reimbursement Account means the interest bearing account in the name of the Issuer held with the Account Bank into which an initial deposit of €50,000 shall be made on the Closing Date and into which certain additional amounts of Interest Proceeds shall be deposited on each Payment Date (other than the date on which no Notes will remain Outstanding following such Payment Date) in accordance with paragraph (C) of Condition 3(c)(i) (Priorities of Payment) and subject further to any proviso as set out in Condition 3(c)(i) (Priorities of Payment) in connection with payments to be made to the Expense Reimbursement Account and out of which Trustee Fees and Expenses and Administrative Expenses which become payable during any Payment Period shall be paid.

  • Participants who have a deficit balance in their Medical Expense Reimbursement Account on the date of their qualifying event shall not be entitled to elect COBRA coverage.
