Expenditure Period definition

Expenditure Period means the period commencing on the date of acceptance of this Subscription Agreement and ending on the earlier of:

More Definitions of Expenditure Period

Expenditure Period means the period commencing on the date of acceptance by the Company of the FT Subscription Agreements and ending on the earlier of (a) the date on which the Commitment Amount has been fully expended in accordance with the terms hereof and the FT Subscription Agreements; and (b) December 31, 2011;
