Exit Date definition

Exit Date means the date on which the insurance cover of the Scheme Member ceases due to occurrence of any of the following events:
Exit Date means the date on which the employer becomes an exiting employer; and
Exit Date means the date on which Executive ceases to be employed by Company or any of its Affiliates.
