Existing Programs definition

Existing Programs means the Benefitfocus enterprise Programs currently in use by Aetna and licensed under Schedules 1, 5, and 6,
Existing Programs means all Programs being produced by Univision as set forth on Schedule 1 hereto.
Existing Programs has the meaning set forth in Section 2.12(b)(i).
