Existing ESAs means environmental site assessments conducted on or before the date of this Agreement with respect to the Real Property described on Schedule 3.1(i) and Schedule 3.1(j).

  • Existing Equipment means equipment, machines, devices or installations that are in operation prior to September 23, 1970.
