The Affected Party shall use all reasonable endeavours to mitigate the effect of the Force Majeure Event on the performance of its obligations.
If shipment of Products is postponed or delayed by Buyer for any reason, including a Force Majeure Event (see Section 9), Seller may move Products to storage at Buyer’s cost and risk of loss, the Products then deemed delivered.
