Evaluation Time definition

Evaluation Time means the close of regular trading on the New York Stock Exchange or such other time stated in the Prospectus related to a Trust.

• Units received for redemption by the Trustee on any day after the Evaluation Time will be held by the Trustee until the next day on which the New York Stock Exchange is open for trading and will be deemed to have been tendered on such day for redemption at the Redemption Value computed on that day.

• As used herein, the closing sale price is deemed to mean the most recent closing sale price on the relevant securities exchange prior to the Evaluation Time.

• As used herein, the closing sale price is deemed to mean the most recent closing sale price on the relevant securities exchange at or immediately prior to the Evaluation Time.

Evaluation Time as set forth in Article I shall be amended to read as follows:

Evaluation Time shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Prospectus.

New York Time)" and all references to "4:15 p.m." and "4:15 p.m. New York Time" will be replaced by "the Evaluation Time" (as defined in Article I, Section 1.01, paragraph (9)) throughout the Basic Agreement.
