European Facility definition

European Facility shall have the meaning set forth in the Supply Agreement.
European Facility means the financing of Receivables and any Related Security (it being understood that Standard Securitization Undertakings shall be permitted in connection with such financing) entered into on the date hereof by certain Foreign Subsidiaries organized under the laws of one or more jurisdictions in Europe and with respect to Portuguese Receivables, Bermuda, as described in the Information Memorandum.
European Facility has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.1(a).

European Facility means the Facility Agreement for a U.S.$125,000,000 Secured Revolving Credit Facility to Pride Foramer SAS and Forasub B.V. arranged by Natexis Banques Populaires, as lead arranger, agent and security agent, Credit Industriel et Commercial, as arranger, and BNP Paribas and Credit Lyonnais, as co-arrangers, as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
European Facility is amended and restated, to read as follows:
European Facility means a facility under which FCNBD, in its sole discretion, may make revolving credit loans in favor of Hurco Europe and Hurco GmbH not to exceed $5,000,000 or its Dollar Equivalent (subject to Section 2.1(b)) pursuant to a letter agreement of even date herewith.
European Facility means the €300,000,000 Credit Agreement, dated August 22, 2006, as amended as of the Effective Date, among the Company, Smithfield Capital Europe B.V., certain other subsidiaries of the Company, BNP Paribas and Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking, as arrangers, the financial institutions party thereto as lenders and Societe Generale, as agent and security agent.
European Facility is defined in the Introduction to this Agreement.
