Estimated Annual Production has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
Estimated Annual Production means the annual estimate of Energy, based on PVWatts® (NREL) or similar as set forth in Schedule 1 to Exhibit B hereto.

The annual estimate of electricity generated by the System for any given year as determined pursuant to this Section shall be the “Estimated Annual Production.” The Estimated Annual Production for each year of the Initial Term is set forth in Schedule 4 hereto.
