Established Area definition

Established Area means the area identified as “Established Area” on the map in Schedule “A”;
Established Area means any area in the Territory in which Service Provider has currently established and active arrangements for the provision of Infusion Services, either HIS or CIS, and consistent with the requirements of this Agreement.

  • Within the RTM, Vehicle Kilometres Travelled (VKT) were analyzed as a reflection of use (benefit) of the various pieces of infrastructure and then broken out for traffic generated from greenfield areas and traffic generated from the Established Area on the two categories of infrastructure.

Restricted area does not include areas used as residential quarters, but separate rooms in a residential building may be set apart as a restricted area.

  • protected area means an area that is or has to be listed in the register referred to in section 10 of the Protected Areas Act;

  • Unrestricted area means an area to which access is neither limited nor controlled by the licensee or registrant. For purposes of these rules, “uncontrolled area” is an equivalent term.

  • Restricted Areas means (i) all areas within the Facility that are not generally accessible to the public, including judges’ xxxxxxxx, all non-public restrooms, elevators, break rooms, and corridors, and other non-public spaces that are dedicated for use only by judges or Court staff and employees, (ii) public areas of a Facility during non-business hours that are subject to security screening during normal business hours, and (iii) the areas defined as Restricted Areas in the Background Check Policy.

  • Affected area means a geographical area, excluding the property of the Development;

  • Established place of business means the place actually occupied either continuously or at regular periods by a dealer or manufacturer where the books and records are kept and the dealer’s or manufacturer’s business is primarily transacted.

  • Prohibited Area means North America, South America and the European Union, which Prohibited Area the parties have agreed to as a result of the fact that those are the geographic areas in which the members of the Parent Group conduct a preponderance of their business and in which the Executive provides substantive services to the benefit of the Parent Group.
