Employee Stock Plans definition

Employee Stock Plans means the Company’s 2004 Stock Option and Grant Plan, as amended from time to time, and all other similar stock option and incentive plans, agreements or arrangements approved by the Board of Directors, which approval includes the approval of the Preferred Directors.
Employee Stock Plans means the 2000 Employee Stock Option Plan and the 2000 Employee Stock Purchase Plan to be adopted pursuant to ARTICLE V hereof and copies of which are filed with the Bankruptcy Court at or about the time of filing of this Plan.
Employee Stock Plans mean, collectively, those certain employee and non-employee director stock option plans specified on Schedule 1.1(a) (Employee Stock Plans), as such plans are in effect on the Closing Date or otherwise modified pursuant to amendments expressly permitted by the terms of this Agreement.

Employee Stock Plans means those plans designated as such on Exhibit C hereto and such additional employee stock option or bonus plans adopted from time to time by the Board of Directors. The Schedule of Security Holders set forth on Exhibit C is a complete and correct list of the record owners and beneficial owners of all the Company's outstanding securities (including the amount and type of security held by each such owner) as of the date hereof. Neither the Company nor any Principal Shareholder is a party or subject to any agreement or understanding, nor, to the best knowledge of the Company is there any agreement or understanding between any persons that affects or relates to the voting or giving of written consents with respect to any security or the voting by a director of the Company.
Employee Stock Plans means the Company's 1988 Stock Option Plan, 1993 Non-Employee Directors' Stock Option Plan, 1997 Equity Incentive Plan, 1997 Non-Officer Equity Incentive Plan and 1991 Employee Stock Purchase Plan and any other past, current or future employee stock ownership, thrift, savings, stock bonus, stock purchase, restricted stock or stock option plan or similar arrangement, or any grantor trust established to fund any such plan or otherwise for the benefit of employees, consultants or directors, pursuant to which current or former employees, consultants or directors of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries may acquire Equity. Any rights of any current or former employee, consultant or director to purchase Equity under any Employee Stock Plan, or any similar plans shall be deemed a right to acquire Equity for all purposes hereunder.
Employee Stock Plans means the Summit Global Partners, Inc. 1997 Employee Stock Option Plan and the Summit Global Partners, Inc. 2003 Employee Stock Option Plan.
