Eligible Loan definition

Eligible Loan means a Loan offered for sale or substituted by Seller under a Sale Agreement which as of the Statistical Cutoff Date, in the case of the Initial Loans, or as of the related Subsequent Cutoff Date, in the case of any Additional Loan or Substituted Loan, is current or not more past due than permitted under such Sale Agreement in payment of principal or interest and which meets the following criteria as of the Statistical Cutoff Date, in the case of the Initial Loans, or as of the effective date of the related Xxxx of Sale, in the case of any Additional Loan or Substituted Loan:
Eligible Loan means a Loan offered for sale or substituted by SLM ECFC under a Purchase Agreement which as of the Statistical Cutoff Date, in the case of the Initial Loans, or as of the related Subsequent Cutoff Date, in the case of any Additional Loan or Substituted Loan, is current or not more past due than permitted under such Purchase Agreement in payment of principal or interest and which meets the following criteria as of the Statistical Cutoff Date, in the case of the Initial Loans, or as of the effective date of the related Xxxx of Sale, in the case of any Additional Loan or Substituted Loan:
Eligible Loan means a Loan offered for sale by Seller under the Sale Agreement which as of the Cutoff Date is current or no more Delinquent than permitted under the Sale Agreement in payment of principal or interest and which meets the following criteria as of the effective date of the Xxxx of Sale:

Examples of Eligible Loan in a sentence

  • Each Loan Asset designated on any Quarterly Servicing Report as an Eligible Loan Asset and each Loan Asset included as an Eligible Loan Asset in any calculation of Borrowing Base or Borrowing Base Deficiency in any Quarterly Servicing Report is an Eligible Loan Asset as of the date of such report or calculation.

  • If the Mortgage Loan is an Agency Eligible Loan and is identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as being subject to a property inspection waiver, the property valuation listed on the Mortgage Loan Schedule was the subject of a duly issued appraisal waiver offer that was not more than four months old as of the date of the Mortgage Note and Mortgage.

  • With respect to each Agency Eligible Loan that is a VA Loan, the VA Loan Guaranty Agreement is, or when issued will be, in full force and effect.

Eligible Loan means the advanced registered nurse practitioner’s or physician assistant’s total subsidized, unsubsidized, and consolidated Federal Stafford Loan amount under the Federal Family Education Loan Program, Federal Direct Loan Program, federal Graduate PLUS Loan, or federal Perkins Loan, including principal and interest. Only the outstanding portion of a federal consolidation loan that was used to repay an eligible subsidized or unsubsidized Federal Stafford Loan qualifies for loan repayment.
