Election Amount definition

Election Amount means the amount of the Restricted Stock Award the Participating Director elects to defer as set forth in Section 4(a) of this Program.
Election Amount means for each Participant who has made a Deferral Election pursuant to Article V of the Plan, with respect to each Plan Year, (i) the percentage that is set forth in the Deferral Election, multiplied by (ii) the total cash compensation receivable from the Company during the Plan Year by the Participant in his capacity as a Director, including without limitation, retainers, fees for serving as committee members, fees for serving as chairman of a committee, Board meeting fees and committee meeting fees.
Election Amount means an amount that, if the Coach was a member of the QSuper Defined Benefit Plan, the Treasurer would require to be paid under the QSuper Act less any amount which is actually paid to the QSuper Accumulation Plan\

Examples of Election Amount in a sentence

  • Each Election Amount specified by a Participant on an Election Form with respect to any Plan Year shall state in percentages the amount (and, to the extent applicable, the right to receive a specific number of shares of Scientific-Atlanta Common Stock), if any, which the Participant wishes to defer.

  • Any remaining portion of the Election Amount which would have resulted in the delivery of fractional shares of Common Stock to the Outside Director will be paid to the Outside Director in cash on the normal payment date of such fee(s).
