Examples of Effective date of eligibility in a sentence
ASES shall provide the Effective Date of Eligibility for services under the GHP to the Contractor for all Potential Enrollees as follows: Effective Date of Eligibility for Medicaid and CHIP Eligibles (see Section 1.3.1.1) is the eligibility period specified on the Form MA-10 which is the first day of the month in which the Potential Enrollee submits its eligibility application with the Medicaid Program Office and they shall be eligible to be enrolled as of that date.
ASES shall maintain the Effective Date of Eligibility for services under the GHP and provide such information to the Contractor.
