Easement Property definition

Easement Property means real property owned by the Participating County that is burdened by the Easement Agreement as described in Exhibit 2 to the Easement Agreement.
Easement Property means property on which Grain Belt Express has acquired an easement to install transmission facilities;
Easement Property means that portion of GRANTOR’s Parcel legally described in Sheet 2 of 2 of Exhibit “X” dated 05/10/2021, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, being the area (i) over which GRANTEE has certain rights to the airspace, and to the protection of such airspace, under this Agreement, and (ii) the boundaries of which are outlined by “PARCEL/EASEMENT” lines on Exhibit “X.”

Examples of Easement Property in a sentence

  • Owner grants to Optionee and its contractors, agents and invitees a temporary easement to enter on the Easement Property at any reasonable times before the Closing Date for the purpose of conducting tests or studies that Optionee may deem necessary or appropriate in connection with its acquisition of the Conservation Easement.

  • Optionee will protect, defend, and hold Owner harmless from any loss, liability, or damage to persons or property arising out of or related to Optionee’s activities on the Easement Property.

  • In the event that Optionee’s review of due diligence matters provided for in this Section 5 results in Optionee not being satisfied with the condition of the Easement Property, Optionee may extend the Closing for a period of _________ (__) days so that Optionee and Owner may address such results.


More Definitions of Easement Property

Easement Property means the property subject to all Easements and similar agreements described on Schedule 2 attached hereto.
Easement Property means any portion of the Subject Property that is or would be affected or burdened by any installed or proposed Easement Tile.
Easement Property means each Property for which an easement interest has been granted to the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries by the owner of the applicable fee interest in the such Property.
