Dutch Originator definition

Dutch Originator means any of (i) Huntsman Holland B.V. and (ii) after the Initial Issuance Date, any Approved Originator incorporated in the Netherlands.
Dutch Originator means any of (i) Huntsman Holland B.V. and (ii) after the Initial Borrowing Date, any Approved Originator incorporated in the Netherlands.
