Disclosure Letter definition

Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter dated the date of this Agreement and delivered by the Vendor to the Purchaser with this Agreement.

More Definitions of Disclosure Letter

Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter, dated as of the date hereof, as amended or supplemented from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
