Disclosure Certificate definition

Disclosure Certificate means this Continuing Disclosure Certificate.

More Definitions of Disclosure Certificate

Disclosure Certificate means a certificate that is substantially in the form set out in Appendix 3 and signed in accordance with the Practice Direction.
