Development definition

Development means any man-made change to improved or unimproved real estate, including, but not limited to, buildings or other structures, mining, dredging, filling, grading, paving, excavation or drilling operations, or storage of equipment or materials.

Development means the division of a parcel of land into two or more parcels, the construction, reconstruction, conversion, structural alteration, relocation or enlarge- enlargement of any building or structure, any mining excavation or landfill, and any use or change in the use of any building or other structure, or land or extension of use of land, for which permission is required under the Municipal Land Use Law, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq.

• Promptly following the License Commencement Date, the parties (through their respective members on the Steering Committee) shall meet, develop a plan for, and manage the orderly transfer to OST of certain pre-clinical, clinical, and safety data or other Advaxis HER2 Know-How that is Controlled by Advaxis that is related to and necessary for OST’s Development and commercialization of the Licensed Products in the Field (“Technology Transfer”).

• The Employee agrees to make full disclosure to the Company of each Development promptly after its creation.
