Developed Lot definition

Developed Lot means any lot developed with a primary use and structure(s), not generally subject to further development with additional units or other primary uses.
Developed Lot means a portion of the Property which has been submitted to this Declaration upon which a residence has been constructed in accordance with a final site plan and building permit, which has been approved by the County, and for which a certificate of occupancy has been issued.
Developed Lot means a Lot upon which a single family residence dwelling has been constructed in accordance with Franklin County, Virginia zoning ordinances and regulations as well as the Section Declaration; (c) an "Undeveloped Lot" shall mean a Lot upon which a single family residence dwelling has not as yet been constructed or erected. Common Property is not a Lot.

Examples of Developed Lot in a sentence

  • A house which the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary has constructed or is constructing on a Developed Lot which has been designated as a Dwelling Lot.

  • If the subject Developed Lot or Land Parcel was purchased individually, the Acquisition Cost for such Developed Lot or Land Parcel shall be the actual purchase price and closing costs approved by the Administrative Agent and paid by the Borrower or its Restricted Subsidiaries for the acquisition of such individual Developed Lot or Land Parcel excluding Administrative Costs, together with all applicable Development Costs.

  • All costs accepted by the Administrative Agent and actually incurred by the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries with respect to the development of a Land Parcel into a Developed Lot or Developed Lots as of the date of determination by the Administrative Agent, excluding (a) projected costs and costs for materials or labor not yet delivered to, provided to or incorporated into such parcel of land and (b) Administrative Costs.

  • Borrower is currently not in compliance with the Developed Lot Limitation (“Developed Lot Limitation Violation”).

  • The attached and detached single-family residences, or duplex residences whether completed or under construction, held by the Borrower for sale in the ordinary course of its business, and in which the rights of ownership and occupancy are to be sold other than on a time-sharing or periodic basis and which Borrower has ownership of the Developed Lot and improvements thereon.


More Definitions of Developed Lot

Developed Lot means a Lot forming part of the Development Land which:
Developed Lot means a lot which is neither an underdeveloped lot nor a vacant lot as these terms are defined in this section.
Developed Lot means any Lot on which a Building may be constructed and which has been subdivided in accordance with this Declaration and is shown on the Subdivision Plat.

Developed Lot means a lot upon which construction of a house has commenced. Construction shall be deemed to have commenced on the date on which the lot is cleared.
Developed Lot means a Lot with any improvement on it and with utilities installed and ready to furnish utility service to such Lot.
Developed Lot means any lot upon which a residence has been constructed.
