Delivered Aircraft definition

Delivered Aircraft has the meaning set forth in the second recital to the Note Purchase Agreement.

Delivered Aircraft has the meaning set forth in the third recital to the Note Purchase Agreement.

Delivered Aircraft means each Aircraft for which the Delivery Date occurs prior to the Borrowing Date for the Loan relating to such Aircraft.
