Deed of Transfer definition

Deed of Transfer means the notarial deed of transfer for the Shares, substantially in the form as attached hereto as Schedule 3;

Deed of Transfer means a Dutch notarial deed of transfer of shares to which the transferor, the transferee and VTTI Operating are party.
