Dealer Manager Agreement definition

Dealer Manager Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Dealer Manager Agreement means the dealer manager and solicitation agent agreement, dated as of October 16, 2015, by and among the Dealer Managers and the Issuer.
