D Shareholders definition

D Shareholders means a holder for the time being of D Shares.
D Shareholders means those persons detailed in part 4 schedule 1 being holders of D ordinary shares of $0.016281 in the capital of the Company (each a “D Shareholder”);
D Shareholders shall, where the context permits, include their respective successors, assigns and personal representative (where applicable).
