Cumulative EPS definition

Cumulative EPS means the sum of the EPS for each fiscal year of the Company or portion thereof in the Performance Period.
Cumulative EPS means the sum of the Adjusted EPS over the Performance Period for each period in which Adjusted EPS is measured pursuant to the above definition of Adjusted EPS.

Cumulative EPS means the sum of the Company’s fully diluted aggregated operating earnings per share from continuing operations for each fiscal year that falls within the Performance Period. Cumulative EPS shall be calculated according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and shall exclude the dilutive effects of any Performance Grants that are issued and outstanding. Cumulative EPS shall be adjusted to eliminate the impact of significant share repurchase activity or significant acquisitions and divestitures of businesses that occur during the Performance Period.
