CSO Control Measures definition

CSO Control Measures means the construction, control measures, actions, and other activities set forth in Appendices 1 and 3 or any EPA and Ohio EPA approved modification of those items in Appendices 1 or 3.

CSO Control Measures means any physical and/or operational measures that are to be constructed, operated, or otherwise implemented, as set forth in the approved LTCP, to eliminate, reduce, mitigate, treat, or otherwise control the number, volume, duration, and frequency of CSO Discharges or otherwise eliminate, reduce, or control pollutant levels in CSO Discharges.

CSO Control Measures means the CSO-related control measures, construction projects, actions, and other activities set forth in the CSO/SSO Control Measures Plan and the LTCP, including the WWTP improvements and CSO control facilities described in Appendix A.

• NEORSD currently estimates that the costs of implementing the CSO Control Measures set forth in Appendix 1 will be $2,996,000,000 (in 2009 dollars).
