Covering Letter means our letter referring these Terms to you and setting out any other special terms including the work you have asked us to do and the individuals who will handle it at our firm. Any conflict between the covering letter and these Terms shall be read in favour of the letter;
Covering Letter means the letter from the Department that offers Your Organisation the Grant as set out in the Agreement;

Government Agency means any governmental, semi-governmental, administrative, fiscal, judicial or quasi-judicial body, department, commission, authority, tribunal, agency or entity; Guidelines means any Program guidelines, manuals or other documentation referred to in Item A of the Schedule (if any) as they are amended from time to time by the Department; Information Commissioner means any of the information officers appointed under the Australian Information Commissioner Act 2010 (Cth) when performing the ‘information commissioner functions’ as defined in that Act; Information Privacy Principle has the same meaning as in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth);
