Courts definition

Courts means the Ontario Court, the Quebec Court and the BC Court.
Courts or “Trial Court(s)” means one or more of the fifty-eight (58) superior courts in the California state trial court system.
Courts means the district and, if applicable, federal courts located in the District of Columbia.

Examples of Courts in a sentence

  • The parties irrevocably and unconditionally waive any objection to the laying of venue of any suit, action or other proceeding in the Specified Courts and irrevocably and unconditionally waive and agree not to plead or claim in any such court that any such suit, action or other proceeding brought in any such court has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
