Cost Consultant definition

Cost Consultant means the person, firm or company, retained and compensated by the City (unless otherwise expressly provided herein), to provide Construction Cost estimates for the Project.
Cost Consultant means the person or entity appointed by the client to establish and agree all budgets and implement and manage the necessary cost control on the project.
Cost Consultant means a cost consultant referred to in section 14(1)(b) of the Act;

Cost Consultant means any of the following, as may be selected by the Borrower: (i) Deloitte & Touche LLP, (ii) Ernst & Young LLP, (iii) PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and (iv) KPMG LLP.
