Core definition

Core means a pedestrian-oriented area of commercial and civic uses serving the surrounding municipality, generally including housing and access to public transportation.
Core as used herein includes only a "Core" provided by Xilinx in the Software tools listed above at no additional charge, and not any fee-based LogiCORE products which are licensed separately under other agreements.
